Stakesy’s Model 32 Electric Hydraulic Tube Bender

he M32EH is a collaboration with our US partners to produce an affordable electric hydraulic tube bender capable of bending up to 2” x 3.2mm wall CDS steel tubing.

Over 260 different die sets are available for the M32EH in imperial and metric round, imperial and metric box, as well as CHS and PIPE sizes from 1/2” – 2.5” od. All radius dies are machined elliptically to ‘squeeze’ the tube during the bend process and help produce the best bends possible from a rotary draw bender without the need for an internal mandrel.

The M32EH is constructed in the UK using a 230v/3000psi Italian Tech Motor / Bucher pump assembly and flows 2.38lts/min allowing fast yet controllable bending. The US made Powerteam SPX cylinder is a market leading spring return unit using a trunnion mount for zero seal wear. The M32EH has an automatic anti-springback system to allow re-pinning of the die without losing pressure on the tube which prevents crinkling on thin walled materials.  

The motor assembly has been designed with a socket to add an auto-stop system that can be bought separately as a plug and play unit.

If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and get to work preparing your order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within three business days from the date of your order.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery or do not agree to accept the delivery.
