For residential deliveries, out LTL shipping carriers are responsible for getting your order to the curb and you, the customer, are responsible for unloading the order from the truck/trailer and will need to provide a forklift (or similar equipment) to do so.

For residential deliveries, a lift gate may be an available option. If available and selected, the lift gate will lower your order to ground level.

Freight terminal pickup (Hold at Terminal) may be an option for you if you are unable to provide a forklift to unload at your location. If Hold at Terminal is available, the carrier will load the order onto your suitable truck/trailer at the freight terminal and you can unload at your location using your overhead crane, or other suitable means.
