Pro Metal Tools works with reputable shipping carriers to provide our customers with the absolute best shipping rates and speeds we can offer.
Shipping rates and estimate delivery timelines will be calculated at Checkout prior to placing the order. If a product ships for free, Free Shipping will be stated on the product page and also reflected at Checkout.
A number of our products are large, heavy, and ship via LTL carrier (Less than Truckload). For residential deliveries, out LTL shipping carriers are responsible for getting your order to the curb and you, the customer, are responsible for unloading the order from the truck/trailer and will need to provide a forklift (or similar equipment) to do so.
For residential deliveries, a lift gate may be an available option. If available and selected, the lift gate will lower your order to ground level.
Freight terminal pickup (Hold at Terminal) may be an option for you if you are unable to provide a forklift to unload at your location. If Hold at Terminal is available, the carrier will load the order onto your suitable truck/trailer at the freight terminal and you can unload at your location using your overhead crane, or other suitable means. For delivery to commercial addresses, you may use your loading dock to accept the delivery instead of a forklift.

Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
As soon as we receive your order we automatically check to confirm that your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back-order or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail to see if alternate arrangements can be made.
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and get to work preparing your order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
Once the order has shipped, we will send you shipping confirmation within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
If you do not receive shipping confirmation from us within four business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at info@prometaltools.com.
International Orders:
International orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to have an order shipped outside of the Lower 48 States, including to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada, please Contact Us to discuss.
Shipping Method:
Orders under 150lbs in weight will typically qualify for parcel shipment. Over 150lbs will ship LTL (Less than Truckload).
For larger orders, special shipping considerations may apply. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you must make note of it when signing for delivery. Photos must be taken at time of delivery and damage noted otherwise the shipping carrier may refuse your claim.
If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to info@prometaltools.com within 24 hours of delivery.
